I was really excited to try Shah’s Halal Food, especially their famous Golden Shawarma, but honestly it was very disappointing from the start. The food was not all that at all, and the Golden Shawarma was beyond horrible — I couldn’t even finish it. The service also wasn’t great. The girls working there seemed to have a bad attitude. I did feel bad because one of them looked like she was handling everything alone, so I still left her a tip, but overall the experience was disappointing. I came in expecting something amazing because of all the hype, but unfortunately the food and service did not live up to it.
