Piece of Uzbekistan in the center of Tokyo. Shashlik or how it calls in some countries shishkebab. Personally I lived in Tokyo 2years and tried shashlik in different kind of restaurants. But it feels like Halal Sakura has the best Lamb kebab among them. Fresh and meat melts in your mouth. For take away I ordered Uzbek Plov. Balanced taste of spices and appropriate amount of oil in Plov gave more positive emotion(for central Asian meals the oil and meat play the main role. Therefore, if you don't use to eat too much oily meal, sometimes you feel heartburn in the stomach). Recommended! Thank you for your service and delicious food✨

鶯谷にあるウズベキスタン料理店。都内で有名な銭湯萩の湯の近くにあります。オーダーはQRコード読み取りタイプです。ウズベクセット　プロフラム肉とニンジンのウズベキスタンの炊き込みご飯はニンジンの甘みが良いアクセントになり程よい油っぽさがまた美味しさのひとつです!

鶯谷と日暮里の間にある、ウズベキスタン料理とハラール料理のお店。ウズベキスタン料理はそのまんまウズベキスタンの料理で、ハラール料理というのはムスリムでも食べられるお料理です。メニューを見ると、ラーメンや焼き鮭定食などなので、せっかく食べるならウズベキスタン料理ですよね。店頭には、そもそもウズベキスタンとはどんな国なのかという解説。ウズベキスタンのシンボルカラーは青ですが、このお店も青色をふんだんに使っています。そして、ここで頂けるお料理の一部を紹介したポスターも。ナンケバブ、シルタマ、プロフ、シャシリク盛り合わせ、サムサ、などの中にしれっと醤油ラーメン。まぁ、この日は歩き疲れたのでとにかく着席。注文はQRコード決済、他にも各種カードにも対応されているのは心強いところですね。 QRコードを読み取るとメニューが見えますが、そのうちウズベキスタン料理だけを紹介します。他にもいろいろあるのですが、ランチメニューは２種類くらいでそこまでグッと来なかったし、セットにするほどいらんかったので単品で。 ◆ラグマン（１４００円）ヨロシク！辛さが選べるので、ホットでお願いしましたよ。ラグマンは中央アジアでポピュラーな麺料理で、中国でもあくまでも外国料理として食べることが出来ます。軟らかい牛肉・白菜・長ネギ・ピーマンなどをスパイスと煮込んで、手作りの長い麺にかけたお料理。特によくわかる具材は、肉・パプリカ・長ネギです。出汁を効かせたトマトベースのスープには、刻んだニンニクがたっぷり。麺は太さをまちまちに変えた、まさにウドンのような麺。ちょっとボソッとした独特な食感で、日本のウドンとは明らかに違います。味付けはホットでお願いしましたが、そこまで辛くないのがまた食べやすくもあり、物足りなくもあり。味付けはものすごく良いのですが、いかんせんサクッと食べられる量。男性だと腹８分目ってとこでしょうか。材料もハラル食材であるとしても、日本で普通に手に入るものといった印象です。この内容で１４００円はちょっと高いと思います。 ◆◇◆後記◆◇◆ このお店は内装もキレイだし、おそらくムスリムの方が運営されているとあって、ムスリム仲間の憩いの場となっているようです。みうけんはムスリムではないのですが、こういう珍しいお料理は大好きなので、これからも発展していって欲しいなと思います。この内容で１０００円だったら、また通ってしまうかも知れないと思います！お試しを！
