About Kasra Persian Café
Chef and owner Morty Parsa first opened the doors to Kasra in 1999 at its original location in Westchase. Since the beginning, he has upheld an important standard to serve the most authentic Persian food with the best quality ingredients. Chef Morty follows in the footsteps of three generations of restauranteurs. A source of pride, his family 's acclaimed restaurant still stands today in one of the oldest and most historical parts of Tehran. Being immersed in the restaurant business from such a young age, Morty learned the quintessential care it takes to operate a restaurant.

Excellent and fast service. The staffs are friendly and great ambiance. The Lamb Shank and Lamb Chenjeh are superb. Would highly recommend this cafe.

All halal food confirmed by the owner. Amazon place, great tasting food, quick service. Very nice people. We ordered 5 different kind of Kabobs with rice and bread. They were super delicious. Must have the Persian Hot Tea with Baklava after the meal. Simply amazing.

I truly enjoyed my dining experience here and was very satisfied with the service. It appeared that the owner or manager was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with my needs. I believe that excellent service consistently fosters customer loyalty. I look forward to returning whenever I am in this area of town.

Food is amazing. Bread just melts in your mouth. Salad was fresh and had egg plant was amazing. Very reasonable prices.
