We are tourists from Alberta who were in Ottawa for a layover and decided to stroll around downtown when we came across Burger Factory — and we are so glad we did! They had a great variety of burgers and meats to choose from, and we highly recommend trying the Utility Steak burger and the Cheeseburger. Everything was made fresh to order, so the food came out hot, freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious. The Utility Steak burger was probably our favorite — it was incredibly flavorful, had an amazing cheese pull, and surprisingly wasn’t greasy at all, which we really appreciated because some burger places can be overly greasy. Both burgers we tried were packed with flavor while still feeling well balanced and fresh. If you’re a poutine fan like me, I’d also definitely recommend trying their poutine! The service was fast, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and overall it was such a great stop during our short stay in Ottawa. We’ll definitely remember this place next time we’re back!
