Though the meat is halal from creekstone farm, they use the same smoker with non halal items including pork. I raised this concern and they happy to work out a solution. They would cover the meat with aluminum foil to avoid cross contamination. Be sure to be specific to ask them to avoid cross contamination and they will happily oblige. Is it worth all the hussle? Well, if you\'re looking to get a great and genuine American ribs, yes. The ribs is that good and the service usually matches the quality of the food. However, do ask them specifically about the requirement to avoid cross contamination with pork/ non halal item.

Creekstone ribs are the only halal meat option on the menu. It is def a place to try if you like ribs. the buffalo cauliflower was actually pretty good too
