The best kapsalon I had in The Netherlands. I've tried many, some in Den Haag some in Amsterdam, but this was my favorite. There is a catch though. I asked the owner to give me something special. He started enumerating the different types of Kapsalon they had, I said "why don't you mix all of that in one plate ?" he said they don't normally offer that, and with the extra this and that it would cost me a bit more than 10€, I said it was fine ! I watched him preparing the thing, getting excited as he added one thing after the other. I thought it had to be either the best or the worst Kapsalon, but nothing in between :P Once he gave me the plate, I started eating it on the spot not even taking a seat, and OH GOD HOW HOT AND YUMMY IT WAS *.* When I finished and went to pay, he said he thought a good price would be 12€, but seeing the happy me complementing the food, he only asked for 10€, which was a very good deal considering how delicious it was :3
