Destroyed an entire lamb. I brought a lamb to the butcher, the farmer cut it up on giant pieces that were too large to cook. I asked him to cut it up in smaller pieces. What’s that mean to you? He cut an ENTIRE LAMB into little cubes. The shanks? Cubes. The ribs?? CUBES. All those beautiful cuts into CUBES. I said “I live alone I can’t cook an entire leg myself”. Not “I want to make stew for an army” where’s the thought process?
