Customer service of older male server and relatively young female server - absolutely appalling!!! We didn’t have any issues but we overheard their conversations with some German guests and it it was cringe 😬 We ordered a lamb kofta, a kids shish tawook and a chicken shawarma. Everything was brought within 5 min meaning that it was all pre-made. That’s not the worse part…. The shawerma and the kids shish tawook were made with turmeric!!!! I don’t think the chef has ever stepped foot in Lebanon - he might be from Iran judging by the way the meat was cocked but definitely not Lebanese. Shish tawook is chargrilled in Lebanon!!!! The shawerma is supposed to be chicken breasts stacked up and continuously grilled - when the meat is cocked, the chef cuts small pieces…. The shawerma we had was pan fried with turmeric through it - didn’t take a picture of it though. The lamb skewers were not too bad…. Acceptable I would say apart from the fact that they were pre- cooked. We also asked for garlic sauce and they brought what they called “aioli”…. It was mayo that stepped next to some garlic in the distant past!!!!! That wasn’t anywhere near a Lebanese garlic sauce!!!! The German guests next to us asked for garlic sauce as well comparing it to tzatziki sauce and the female server got offended by the comparison and reacted in a very unprofessional way. The chips were made from frozen and they didn’t didn’t bring any pickles or hot sauce. I dare you to find an authentic Lebanese restaurant that doesn’t give you any pickles or hot sauce!!!! Needless to say that I would never recommend this place!
