Very, very good Uyghur food that was authentic and affordable. Portion sizes are huge and great value. The laghman had super bouncy and chewy hand made noodles that I really liked, topped with a flavourful sauce. The lamb skewers were thick and juicy, much better than other places I've seen. Staff were super attentive and polite, and the interior had lovely traditional decorations.
