BBQ Tonight

This used to be \"the\" restaurant to go to. They had finger licking good food, specially their brain masala, steaks, kababs etc. I live in the US and visit Karachi every year and almost always go to this place to eat, but during my past 3 or 4 visits my experience has vastly changed. The service is still fairly quick but the servers are not trained well. For what they charge and the kind of following they have, they should hire more educated and better trained staff. Some of the servers that I encountered lately were outright rude and uncouth. They brought in wrong dishes and getting the right order became a big ordeal. Coming back to the food, the taste is no longer what I remember it to be. The curries were flat or too spicy but not right. BBQ items were sometimes cold and the Naan bread is almost always cold or under-cooked. I will not go and spend my dime on this place anymore. Some friends and family still insist to take me there for dinner and I have to sometimes oblige but I am not keen to go back there anymore. For what they charge, I expect them to have much better service and even better food.
