This place is an absolute disgrace. I walked in and the shop was completely empty—not a single other customer in sight—yet I was left standing there for over 20 minutes waiting for a basic order. What on earth are the staff actually doing? When the food finally crawled its way to me, it was an insult. The quantity of chips was an utter joke; the portion wouldn't even fill a small child, let alone an adult paying full price. To top off the pathetic service, they provided exactly one tiny sauce pot and had the audacity to demand extra payment when I asked for a second one. I am beyond livid. To wait that long in an empty shop only to be served "snack" portions and then be nickel-and-dimed for a bit of sauce is pathetic. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Zero stars, never again.
