Visited Saray for a sit-down meal and had a genuinely solid experience. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and quiet enough to actually enjoy a conversation, which already puts it ahead of many places. Food quality was consistently good. Portions were generous, meat was well cooked, and everything tasted fresh rather than over-seasoned. This is more traditional Turkish cooking than trend-driven plates, which I appreciated. Nothing felt rushed or careless. Service was polite and efficient without hovering. Dishes came out in good time, and the staff were happy to answer questions about the menu. The interior is better than you’d expect from the outside—spacious seating, booths for groups, and a relaxed atmosphere that works well for families, couples, or longer meals.
