Amir's Shish Kebobs offers moderately priced Persian and Mediterranean cuisines. In September of 1976 Amir had moved to the US to work on his Business Major. After had received his Bachelors of Art business degree from the University of Northern Iowa, in 1987 Amir went on to open his own bakery in Fresno, CA called the California Baking Company. California Baking Company produced an array of different types of pocket breads. Though his business was thriving, his dream was to open his own restaurant. Then when one of his clients announced her retirement and was looking to sell her restaurant; Kebob Time was born! Amir opened Kebob Time in 2002. Now renamed to Amirs' Shish Kebobs, Amir runs his restaurant as if he were cooking for a big family; putting care into everything he serves.
