Halal Pakistani restaurant.

Spacious well maintained and cleaner restaurant than most Pakistani restaurants in the Washington DMV area. Large size restaurant with ample seating and good size booths. They are serving a continuous buffet (weekends) and made to order variety of kabab & karahi dishes. The food is fresh, hot (like in temperature) and delicious but lacking hotness (chilies). Meal serving sizes are decent. Prices are $2-$3 per entree less than all DMV overpriced desi food restaurants. Buffet prices are $11/$12 although buffet lacks quality. The chicken curry is mostly made from chicken wings. Chicken biryani has the similar fate. Mind you though they taste alright. There are 3-4 vegetarian dishes including lentils, chick peas, mix vegetables and palak aloo. On weekdays there's beef payas, chicken haleem and beef nihari. For dessert there is milk sawaian and oily sooji halwa. Fresh salad and tandoori naan with your meal. It's rumored that Shahid Sahib of Kabab Palace fame in Crystal City is the chef here. Parking is ample in Woodbridge Ashdale SC off Dale Blvd. Service gets hectic over the weekend evening hours. Workers looked tired and over worked. Covid protocols are not being properly enforced. Allah Raham Karay. Aameen.
I have visited this restaurant few times. It has good clean place. But food is below normal. Last time I took 10 people for halwa puri and boy was everyone disappointed. It cost me about $100, however puri was fired Mexican tortilla. Halwa was below par and there was only Chana which was also below par. There was no aloo life tarkaree. So am I going back there! Answer would be hell no. This place has no desi taste more for catering for gooras.
Good food good service
Alrighttt
I've eaten here many times with friends and family. Their buffet offers a variety of delicious food. They include 1 naan per person when eating from the buffet. The owners are Muslim and the workers are friendly. I definitely recommend this place.
Their food was fresh and tasty. We ordered karahi, kabob and biryani. Naan were really good. Our guests liked it too.
