The menus clearly state that halal food is served. From the management: 'BurgerFuel has ensured that high-quality meat products are strictly Halal certified. This includes our beef patties and grilled free-range chicken. Please note that while the chicken in our fried chicken products (specifically Modifried Thunderbird and Choppers) are Halal, they are crumbed at a premises that is not Halal certified. If you are Halal we’re happy to cook your favourite burger on a separate grill, using clean utensils. Our stores are not Halal in the strictest sense, some products on our menu are not halal certified.'

We online ordered. Order was suppose to be ready at 7:50pm. So we came in early at around 7:46. Order was not ready by 7:50 and had two workers dancing around out of the five workers there. We got our order late at 7:56 and the fries were not in the meal. The lady there did not check if everything was in it either. You guys had 5 workers and still we had part of the order missing which were the fries. Not Acceptable. Also it was not busy at the time either.
