Chan's Chinese Halal

I was treated so poorly here today by the employees of this place. They got my order wrong and I didn't realize til I got home. I called and told them they made a mistake and instead of apologizing to me, they asked why I tasted the incorrect order and had the audacity to say "how can we sell it after you ate it"! As if they are going to resell it after I bring it back! And since when is it good policy to make the customer return the incorrect food order? YOU made the mistake, not me. So my husband drove all the way there with the food and they were very hostile and rude and then told him I should have made sure the order was correct before leaving. SubhanAllah, as if it's my job to make sure they do their job correctly. I should have known this wasn't a good place when I stepped foot Inside a "halal" establishment to see girls with bad attitudes working there. Not only was the customer service atrocious, but food quality is not good. $30 down the drain and a bad experience. Don't wast your money like we did.

Food was delicious! Mash\'Allah! It is a Muslim owned establishment! It was clean and the food was great and staff was very friendly
