First time visiting this location, overall I love popeyes but this location i didn’t had good experience. If you see on the receipt, i added two wild honey mustard which is at no charge, the staff refused to give me that but I could have paid for sauces if it was charged to me for 1 dollar it doesn’t make big difference for me but staff is not welcoming at all. They said you didn’t pay for it you will not get it but receipt clearly says its at no charge. And lastly, seriously 4 onion rings, this is not my first time at Popeyes but i never got 4 onion rings in a side order. Please train your staff better and please learn a little more customer service, if you don’t wanna learn any customer services please don’t work in front.
