I purchased 5 pairs of shoes in April 2024 over 2 visits during a trip to Paris. At the time, I was impressed by the fit, the designs, and the service by the owner. However, after a year, here’s my honest feedback: 1. Tax refund issue – The promised tax refunds never materialised. It would have been better if this was communicated honestly upfront.
