Since 1988 we offer our guests culinary delights in great variety. Best meat quality and fresh ingredients delivered daily in the hands of highly trained chefs guarantee a taste experience of a special kind. Because quality is of the highest in our premise. Equally impressive and unique is also the Grill concept of Pamukkale: Tender, juicy meat is grilled gently in front of the guests on glowing charcoal. Thus, it retains its typical BBQ flavor and brings the authentic Turkish cuisine, without loss of taste, to the plate.

We weren’t that much hungry so we shared one beyti together. It was really delicious and filling. We also ordered çoban salad. Small plates was complimentary from the restraurant. At the end we ordered triliçe and tea. Triliçe also hıghly recommend. Looking forward to my next visit for try grill variaties.
I’ve reviewed a couple of restaurants in this area and both received 5 stars, including this one — because they truly deserve it. I tried lamb and Adana kebab at both places. When it comes to the meat itself, Pamukkale Köz is slightly better, especially the lamb rack, which was excellent. On the other hand, the complimentary pide and the lavash placed under the meat could be improved a bit compared to the other restaurant. That said, I have to be honest: I came here from the United States, and the taste was almost identical to what you get in Turkey. People in Germany are very lucky when it comes to kebab — the quality here is outstanding. The differences I mentioned are truly niche details, not deal-breakers. A special thanks to Hakan at Pamukkale Köz for his quick problem-solving and great service. Highly recommended.
We came here for the breakfast buffet and were completely satisfied. The variety of the menu, the freshness of the ingredients, and how delicious everything was were truly outstanding. There were more than 60 different tasty items — it honestly made you wish you had a second stomach to try them all! The price is higher than other buffets, but it’s absolutely worth it. If you ask whether I’d come again? Definitely yes.
Excellent Food, Authentic Taste and Great Service! We visited Pamukkale Köz Restaurant as a group of 7 and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We ordered the Pamukkale Platte for 4 persons along with Tavuk Şiş, and everything was cooked perfectly. The meats were juicy, well seasoned, and served hot. The platter was generous and ideal for sharing, and the chicken was especially tender and flavorful. We also enjoyed mezze such as humus, which was fresh and well balanced. For dessert, we tried Künefe and Trileçe, both of which were delicious and a perfect way to end the meal. To complement the food, we had a bottle of Primitivo Primasole red wine, which paired very well with the grilled dishes. A special mention to Mr. Saha for his attentive, friendly, and professional service. He took great care of our table and ensured everything ran smoothly. This is definitely going to be our go-to place for Turkish cuisine in the future. Being born and raised in the Middle East, we can truly vouch for the authenticity, taste, and quality of the food. Highly recommended, especially for group dining !
Great Service, and great food! The platter we got was a mixed grill, the meets overall were very flavorful, most of them tender, but some peaces of lamb and doner kebab meet were dry. The kunefe was almost perfect, sadly it wasn't very crispy.
