Although we as a Party of 4 persons arrived first and ordered our food, it took 35 minutes before we were served along with the other 3 persons who arrived later. Sorry, but as a fast food service bar - it simply takes too long!
Burgers are okay. Service is poor. We went their even 2 times. Lastly, we arrived 2:05 pm; they open at 2 pm on Sundays. We waited 55min to become served! This is not okay! In general they don't care about costumer's. Just when it's about taking the money. Burger patty 140g and in general not much as portion. 10.70€ is definitely overpriced for Kerpen region. Not recommended.
Purely food wise - five stars. I had to deduct one point for unfriendliness of the staff. Have been there couple of times and never saw smile on their face or nice attitude towards customers.
The Burgers and the food are fresh and the place suits the food. We have been there with our kids and we have very much tried everything on the menu (is not so big and that is ok) my son does not eat Hamburgers very much anywhere except for here. The only small critique i have is that the drinks are a bit expensive for what they are butvthe prices for the rest of the menu are fair.
Average burger restaurant, but if want some change from Mac Donald and co. Than try this.
