Because for Muslim it\'s a big deal. If we eat non halal meat. It\'s soo bad. Remember halal meatbis experience then ragular meat. And the cutting board the knife and pots and pans must be separate from non halal meat. The owner is Non Muslim. Think why he buy halal meat ( which is expensive) for small amount of customers.
