If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a large pizza. Got a small one. Calling them didn't really help either. I'll get a large one next time 😂. Thanks for that. The food was cold, by the way. At least I didn't have to blow on it. Never again.
Small portion size, bad food (soggy chips, frozen falafel, disgusting meat), worst delivery I've ever ordered (took over an hour to arrive cold)
Today I ordered from Lieferando for the first time. There was a long hair in my cheeseburger – that completely put me off my food. I called to complain and they offered to send me a new burger. The pide I ordered with it was also awful. So, never again.
After two hours, our order arrived. Unfortunately, it was completely wrong. Instead of a doner kebab and a doner kebab, we received a schnitzel and a pizza. After a phone call, the correct food was supposed to arrive. Another 20 minutes passed. The supposedly correct food arrived. But instead of rice on the doner kebab plate, there were fries. The fries were so soggy, you couldn't eat them, and then they charged €14. I didn't see the point. We called again. They told us the rice would take two hours, so they decided to just give us fries. After discussion, the food was picked up after 40 minutes, and we got our money back. Absolutely disappointed with the place. Never again.
The food used to be delicious – especially the Pizza Pollo Hollandaise. Lately, though, it hasn't been quite as good. They seem to have skimped on the ingredients – especially the hollandaise sauce. But the delivery takes forever, even though I live only 10 minutes away. The first time I called, they said they'd be there in 5 minutes. I called again after about 20 minutes, and then it arrived about 15 minutes later. In total, it took 2 hours for delivery, instead of the promised 20-40 minutes. This has happened twice now. Once in the morning right after the restaurant opened on a weekday (Wednesday), and once in the evening on the weekend (Friday). This has actually made me decide not to order from here again.
