GoogleThe bulgur was fantastic, the sauce was delicious and full. The salad was refreshing and crunchy. But first and foremost, the queen of all: the meat. It was supple, cut from the thigh of an angle. You could taste the soul of the cook in every bite, and his heart in every crumb of seasoning. Each cell of the meat was filled with the tastes of heaven. There was a subtle, crunchy crust in all the right places. Every fiber, every bite was pure joy. I wish the owner was my father.
