I went there on a Friday evening, after having walked past it so many times, wondering what level of spiciness would be "manageable." Since that was my main concern, I ordered a simple currywurst (beef) on level 5. After about 10 minutes, it arrived. Yes, that takes a while for a currywurst, but it's better than getting a dried-out one from the grill because it's been sitting around too long. You can order various meal deals with a drink and fries, as well as many toppings, e.g., roasted onions, regular onions, etc. The price of such a meal deal is easily €6-7. The regular currywurst without anything extra costs €2.90; a vegetarian option costs extra. My beef bratwurst with raw onions cost €3.50. That's just about acceptable, but unfortunately, it wasn't very much. Anyway, the sauce (tried on its own, without the powder) tastes great. Sweetish, thick, I like it. If you, like me, choose a spice level of 5, you obviously can't taste anything anymore, it just burns ;-) Anyone who still wants to enjoy it shouldn't go higher than 3. I especially like the Wall of Pain – a nice idea. 4 stars because the price is borderline and the portion size is just about acceptable.
