OMG this place is open 24 hours. Halal place for 24 hours... whaattt.... The food is amazing too. I went with my wife at 11.30 on a weekday. Run by few ladies i think. Really nice people. Prices are low and portion size are big compared to other Uzbek restuarts i have eaten. Place is small but decent decor. Gotta try frecesse with buckwheat, manti and lagman. Must go.
