The first time I tried this place was in person. 10/10; I felt like I was eating a home cooked meal! Loved the Gormeh Sabzi! One of my favorite dishes!!! The yogurt drink was top! Second time, I ordered take out and ofcourse I got the Ghormeh Sabzi and just ordered a side of chicken! loved it! Anytime I’ll be in Berlin, this place will be a must!
Great experience overall. The restaurant is clean, pleasant, and the service was friendly and professional. I had the Shirazi salad (€6.90) and the Kubideh (€22). Both were very fresh, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The Kubideh meat was especially delicious and perfectly cooked. My only criticism is the portion sizes. The Shirazi salad was extremely small for the price, and while the Kubideh meat portion was good, the rice portion was fairly modest. I was left wishing there was just a bit more. That said, the food quality and taste were excellent, and I would happily come back.
Absolutely perfect experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful and I love the authenticity of the music in the background. The people there were so kind and attentive. Then the food—as good as homemade without all of the exhausting work. We are so happy we found this place and will be back when we return to Berlin!
Absolutely loved this place! The food was incredibly delicious ,every bite was full of flavor. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The whole place was spotless and had such a cozy, inviting vibe. Can’t wait to come back again!
I was looking for a Persian restaurant in Berlin and Koroush restaurant pop up on google search. From the reviews and photos and ofcourse the name Koroush (Cyrus the great) I said for sure I have to go for lunch here today. As I was walking towards the restaurant I was greeted by the owner MrAhmed. He had a warm smile and very kindly welcomes me to the restaurant. I order Vaziri kebab which is one minced kebab (koobideh) and one chicken kebab ( joojeh). I order non alcoholic beer and mast o mosir ( yogurt eshallots dip). It did not take long before the food has arrived. The aroma and the spices took me to Iran. The food portions were great. large sizes chicken and koobideh with decent amount of rice two tomatos grilled one green pepper and a small portion salad. The food taste great and the food was served hot. I was very impressed by the service and quality of the food at Koroush restaurant. Next time I'm in Berlin I will surely visit Koroush restaurant again. Sposas Kak Ahmed. ❤❤🙏🙏 Thank you. ps: You can reach to Koroush from Alexanderplaz only one station away close walking distance to metro.
