Base camp cafe is unique and special in many ways we bring the best out of both worlds. Spices and cooking style from the east and ingredients from the west. We don't deep fry anything. We don't create the saturation during the cooking process. We use local and fresh produce as much as possible. We don't use artificial chemicals msg and colors to enhance the food taste and presentations. We have 90% Gluten Free and most vegan vegetarian menus in Upper Valley region. We use only healthy oils, like olive, sesame, coconut and mustard. We cook vegetables properly to preserve its taste and nutrients. Base Camp cafe offers dine in, take out and catering.
