The menus at this restaurant clearly state that Halal food is served. From the management: 'The Halal Guys takes great pride in using only the highest quality, halal-certified meats. We know many of our customers like to know the sources of their food and we are happy to provide the Halal certifications for our chicken and our beef gyro. 100% halal food.'
From humble beginnings as a New York City hot dog cart to a world-renowned international restaurant chain, The Halal Guys story is the quintessential American Dream. The Halal Guys is defining a new, thriving segment for the restaurant industry: American Halal Food! The Halal Guys legend began in 1990, when the three founding partners opened up a hot dog cart on West 53rd & 6th Avenue in New York City. As business grew, they recognized a huge demand from Muslim cab drivers looking for a halal food meal. That is when the famous platter of chicken and gyro over rice was born. And let's not forget about the famous white and red sauces! Fast-forward 25 years, five carts, two New York City restaurants, and millions of diverse customers served, The Halal Guys is growing yet again. Fans no longer have to be in NYC to experience The Halal Guys as they look to share American Halal Food all over the country and the world.

I tasted the halal guy's food at their original cart in New York 15 years ago for the first time and fell in love with it. Tried their food in Las Vegas ,Orlando , Spring and many other places. This location is worst of all. Went there couple of days ago for the second time and decided never to put my feet again inside this store. The platter I ordered has undercooked rice with minimal chicken. Lots of lettuce and tomatoes and instead of handing over white sauce and hot sauce packets(always got 2 packets of white sauce and 1 packet of hot sauce for 1 platter order at all other places without asking) was asked how much white sauce i need to be squeezed out of a bottle. They charge everything extra even for a piece of bread. I suggest to all to go to Spring location instead of this Farnham location.
Definitely good gyros - but skimpy on the meat.
Fresh and tasty. Fast service and clean environment. Almost as good as NYC.
Good food, i have tried both chicken as well as beef over rice. The white sauce is amazing. I The red sauce is REALLY spicy, i have seen people ordering more than the recommended and then regretting it. The servers are nice enough to let you know about it being really hot.
The long lines says it all... Yummy gyros. I love the rice on the platter and the white sauce.
Long lines, Average food at best. Too much hype for no reason. Plenty of other (and much better) choices around town to satiate your palate.
Simply awesome
