From Lebanon and other parts of the Middle East, we have been fortunate to have experienced the cuisine from our early days. When we proudly set our first steps of our future here in the United States, to live the American dream, we had the opportunity to build experience by preparing and serving to thousands of people, while working for a large Middle Eastern restaurant chain.
