Ristorante All'Aquila

It was good. I had polenta with fish in ink sauce, and caponata (mixed veggies).

Ate here 2 days in a row. They have a large variety of Italian food and seafood. Prices were reasonable as well. Food was really good. Service was also great.

Went there on 20/2/2016 and it was really a bad experience. Went there with my husband and 3 small kids. As promised to the waiter of the Restaurant, here is my BAD REVIEW on this Restaurant! 1. They do not serve full halal menu, but we were told the chicken and beef is halal. My husband opted to try out this restaurant as it is stated in this website it is full halal menu. Please change the menu to partial as this is misleading. 2. SCAMS! MONEY RIPPER! We were greeted by warm and friendly waiter. Since we did not have the luxury of time to looked carefully in the menu (our train leaves in 1hr), we decided to hear the waiter. I wanted to eat pasta, but the waiter convinced me to order a plate of grilled fish and 2 pastas (seafood and white sauce). I looked at the price shown in the menu, it was 8EUR. When the dish came, i know it costs a bomb! 2 fish (turbot and sea bass - small size) and a very small portion of seafood pasta (unlike his explanation earlier - 2 pastas seafood and white sauce) costs EUR 80! And i realised the dish he suggested is charged based on weight! I was DECEIVED by the WARM FRIENDLY WAITER. I asked if the two fishes weighed a kilo as they do not looked like a kilo! 3. SEAFOOD AND FISH were not fresh! Apparently not only me, there were many more people who got CONNED/DECEIVED by this restaurant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!
