What better than having your pasta made in front of you! It has a good chilled vibe. You go in, watch your food get cooked and then sit down and eat. Good variety on menu. Great central location if you are from out of Town.

This is hands down the BEST VAPIANO EVER! I got the Funghi Crema Grande in Linguine and since I have an egg allergy I asked for personally see the making of the pasta. The chef Mohammad Ali made my pasta and he said that I will not forget this pasta, and omg he was right! It was absolutely amazing, he made it with so much love. He gave me extra garlic oil, chillies and tomato sauce one the side - and all of this really made the pasta bomb. He also made sure to clean the pan really well before cooking due to my allergy issues. His colleague Rutvik was also really kind, I made sure to get a picture of both of them for making my meal so memorable. The serve Nazzimm also took really good care of us. I asked for Parmesan on my pasta at least 3 times and every time he sweetly came and grated so much of it on my pasta. Really wonderful staff and service. So happy with my food and experience here. Thank you!
