I’m a also Turkish chef , and seriously this is the only spot in NYC where you’ll find real Turkish flavors. No joke! The mezes are fantastic, the seafood dishes are on point, and you have to try the liver it’s insanely good. I’d definitely recommend going with a big group so you can share, because the portions are generous and there’s so much you’ll want to taste. Everything is seriously delicious, and Chef Mevlut is top-notch. Chef’s recommendation!!you won’t regret it!

Inside Woodbury commons. Worth s visit. Recommend the stuffed grape leave and tabouli appetizer or get 4 with the sampler. The vegetarian moussaka is worth a try. Get the galactobareka for desert. It's large enough to share for 4 adults

We came for dinner after a family wedding. We were a group of 15. We picked this place bases on prior visit and service. We had everything under the sun, the hummus, the sampler, the kebab mix, the lemon potatoes, fries, fried calamari, kofte, the stuffed cigars, fresh hot pita, turkish liqueur, pinot grigio, pinot noir, grilled vegetables platter, rice, peas, lamb chops, and greek salad. If i missed anything forgive me. The experience was excellent, the service was on point, friendly, professional and pleasant. The manager was great, made the event even greater by entertaining us. This was a wonderful experience for everyone. The bathrooms were so clean and beautiful the decor as well. We will definitely be back. If u haven’t been run dont walk.
