We opened our doors for business in 1995 with the sole purpose to bring authentic Indian cuisine to the people of Galway. Indian food over time has escaped the European misunderstanding or notion of "˜one sauce fits all' and has been recognized for the rich dining experience with all the wonderful potent flavours of the Indian subcontinent.
