Mixed Grill was ok. Nothing special with the currys. Wouldn't go again. Not very family orientated.
Disappointed and sad as the food, service and general place has gone downhill. Don't know what is the reason but they pre-make the roti and naan for take out so not fresh, naan and roti was dry. Also I ordered three naan and they packed or picked the one with one naan and two roti, the guy even opened the foil and said it was three naan. The charga was just smeared with marinade but no real flavour it used to be good. Salad and chilli standard nothing different. The branch in small heath is better still, but won't be revisiting the hall green one.
I recently ordered from here and collected the food in person. We ordered chicken tikka, sheesh kebab, butter chicken, lamb balti and three naans. The food itself was genuinely delicious – really flavoursome, well-cooked and very enjoyable. The butter chicken and lamb balti in particular were rich and full of flavour, and the naans were fresh and soft. However, when I got home I realised the sheesh kebabs were missing from the order, even though I had already paid for them. I called to query this, but unfortunately the lady on the phone cut the call off, which was disappointing. It’s a shame because the food quality was great, but the service experience let it down. I’d consider ordering again for the taste, but I hope they improve their customer service and order accuracy.
Tasty food . Plenty of spaces to sit. They accept card and cash. Would recommend the lamb karahi , chicken seekh kebab and lamb biryani.
Absolutely amazing quality of food, ordered large mixed grill 2 full kg lamb and chicken Karahi, some vegetable sides and the food came piping hot. The meat was tender and the karahis were saucy and full of flavour, the ambience of the restaurant is amazing no loud long ques, very family friendly and they also have parking outside, we came for brothers birthday and everybody loved the food. Staff are so friendly God bless they are happy to serve you with a smile and asiya checked on us made sure everything was up to standard. Thanks guys will come again
Cheap and cheerful, the lamb curry was very tangy and the daal lacked the relevant spices and the buttery taste BUT both main courses were a generous portion. The mixed grill was delicious and ticked all the boxes. The fries were fresh, crispy and really did hit the spot. Overall, a pleasant experience!
