Ribs & Burgers opened its first store in sunny QLD in the wonderful and popular Fortitude Valley. We have enjoyed a hearty wave of support since moving into Brisbane. With our love of good food, music and culture we have found ourselves at home. Ribs & Burgers is the best burger and rib specialist in Australia, delivering a quality menu of extraordinarily superior tasting meals to discerning clients who demand the ultimate taste experience from their meals.
Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. The only halal items are the following; no basting or marinade: Wagyu beef patty, Feather steak, Rib-eye (steak house burger), All chicken (lemon/herb is fine, just no basting), Beef & lamb ribs, Rump 400g, and BBQ sauce. Although the products are halal certified and precautions are taken in the cooking methods of our dishes, our restaurant kitchen environment is not certified by AFIC. We clean tongs, boards, pans and cook on a separate area of the grill during time of order when preparing these dishes mentioned within the parameters above.

The place is really good. The lamb and beef ribs are out of this world. It's a must go. They sell pork but selective lamb and beef menu is halal and you can ask for halal specifically. Pink sauce is not halal. I loved place.

Wet lettuce ruins a perfectly good burger. I'm absolutely going to return whenever I am nearby. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. They will come to your table and check on you with polite professional table service. There is indoor nice and cool with air-conditioning and fans as well as a nice little outdoor area. The food is very fair price given the great taste and quality of produce. Easy to walk to from the valley train station.
