We recently purchased a lounge suite from Metro Home Centre, Menlyn, and were helped by Amir. He was very helpful, professional and friendly. While deciding which suite to buy he provided us with all the necessary information and specifications of the suite, as well as the different types of material available. As the suite had to be ordered and the factory was closed over the festive season he, without us having to ask, kept us updated all along regarding the placing of the order, estimated time of delivery, completion of the suite and actual delivery. This was really appreciated, as so many organisations just don’t bother to do any follow-up and give feedback.. All in all an excellent experience. Thanks Metro and Amir.
