“Mhamara” or “Mhamara Käse” is worth giving a shot, they taste very good and of course the “Shish Tawouk”, also tastes incredible. Prices are probably still fair (considering how different the prices are in Berlin overall from how it was 2-3 years ago)
Are you missing the bakery in your neighborhood that used to make you fresh manakeesh and toss a couple of freshly made falafel on your plate as you wait for your order? This laid back restaurant will take you back while feeding your belly for the rest of the day because the portions are so generous you might just take some food back home.
The prices are so good for the portion sizes, the taste and the quality. The place was so clean – from the kitchen to the tables, all kitchen staff had gloves on which is a big plus. The staff is also so nice, welcoming and friendly. We even got complimentary pastries with our Cheese Pide! Will for sure come back again and again, highly recommend.
You come here for the Manakish, you stay here for the Manakish. And you should eat more than you want as you want to try all possible variants. Stick to what they’re known for, as they’re absolutely fantastic and make your tongue dance with ultimate joy and love. Do the thyme and cheese and do it thrice, do the sesame chicken pocket and happily rest. Team is wonderful and very nice and although we forgot to pay, which we were very ashamed for, they still gave us the warmest smile when we came back to settle our debt. Good people, fantastic food.
I ordered a plate of shawerma through Uber eats for a lunch and what I received was a plate of yesterday's chicken meat mixed with chicken skin with some feathers which was so disgusting, and food that Humans shouldn't consume. what a bloody experience.
