Excellent garage, Cars One! A very professional and welcoming atmosphere, with a serious, honest, and attentive team. Furthermore, the repairs are carried out carefully, within the agreed timeframe, and at very reasonable prices. The explanations are clear, and you feel completely confident. We broke down in our motorhome in Mulhouse - suspect faulty battery. Our insurance company contacted Car One. We managed to jump start the motorhome & we took it to the garage 10 minutes away. They were waiting for us to arrive. They immediately welcomed us and offered coffee whilst the mechanics looked at it. They soon diagnosed it was the battery and what the cause was. They replaced the battery & assured all connections were fully restored. They also took photos to enlighten us of the issue. The owner also came to greet us & he was very polite and we were in full conversation with them using a Translate App. The whole experience lasted for approximately 2 hours, but they were so friendly & helpful. I would strongly recommend them. It certainly eased our frustration. Thank you.

We had a flat tire and we were close to this shop. When we drove here, they immediately helped us without requesting an appointment. Very kind and helpful employées. Highly recommend.
