There should be a ZERO option in this as I wouldn't even give it a 1.....my son and I got food from here at 9pm on Friday the 26th of September 2025. We were staying at the hotel right beside it so was handy for a late supper and who doesn't like fried chicken right.....wrong! My son can't even look at a sign for chicken now. Here goes, we tried to eat our food, Chips were cold, floppy and tasteless. I ate 2, my son ate all his chips as he was hungry and you know how 15year old boys can eat. He ate some if his chicken gravy but it was like cold jelly. He ate 5 of his chicken strips and left the rest. My chicken burger was tough as old boots and dried to it's core. Never again, as one hour later my son ran to the bathroom and was coming out of both ends for 24 hours.......we had an awful time and he missed the Anime and ComiCon VIP tickets that I got him for passing his exams. Don't go here please, unless you want vomit and have severe diarrhea for 24+ hours. I did meet the manager and he offered us more food!!!!! He was a joke very dismissive and condescending. I remained calm and collected as I am reporting them. Oh! And here is the cherry on the top, their website is now down for that particular branch on the Dublin Road.... All I could do was laugh. Guess they are getting their house in order ATM and not accepting any reviews ATM either. Save yourself contracting bacteria like Campylobacter and Salmonella.
