This location is actually not halal as they fry all meats (sausage), in the same oil as fish and fries and all others fried menu items.

It's a clean, quiet family owned spot. I went after 7pm on a Saturday and didn't have to wait long. I ordered the haddock & chips and quite enjoyed it. The prices are comparable to other fish and chips restaurants. They were generous with the tartar sauce packets, which I appreciate. I didn't notice that there was no cutlery in the bag and I wanted to eat right away. (Thankfully I had some in my car.) Nevertheless, it cured my fish n chips craving, and I'd return to order from them again.
