About Alfred's Mediterranean Grill
Halal restaurant serving Mediterranean style burgers, gyros, kabob, lamb, chicken. Previously Jim's Hamburgers. Same great place, and food, but with more Mediterranean cuisine available! When Alfred Lazar acquired the restaurant, he kept the burgers and added another dimension "” Mediterranean cuisine. Lazar had worked in a Middle Eastern restaurant since he came to the United States in 2009 and looked into acquiring his own restaurant. He had a college degree in agriculture from his native Iran and recipes from his mother and maternal grandmother. He said he thought it was best to keep the name Jim's but added Mediterranean Cuisine to reflect the new menu. Now he is making the leap to his own name, with the same great menu, and some added touches to the cuisine!
