I had a disappointing experience last night. The lady working at that time was very rude and unprofessional. When we entered the store, she didn’t even greet us—no hello or acknowledgment—just a very rude attitude from the start. The pizza normally comes with cilantro on it, but instead she put the cilantro on the side without any explanation, which felt careless and inconsiderate. Overall, the poor customer service and lack of basic courtesy made the experience very unpleasant.
