A halal sign is clearly visible on the premises. From the management: 'We use Halal meat'
Score reflects a halal certificate on file.
Really nice interior, food is decent too. It is a proper restaurant with staff waiting on tables, rather than a fast-food joint. Nice addition to the plethora of kebab places popping up in Ottawa recently.
We ordered a family package for 4-5 people. Based on the photo we saw on Google Maps, the size was much smaller than the photo. We paid $124 with tax. There was no difference between the size and the quality. When the restaurant owner herself brought the food, the bottom of the sauce dish was dirty and she left it unattended and went and did not come to clean it. There was not even a salt shaker on the tables. The serving spoon was dirty and when we gave it to them to take away, they did not replace it with a clean one. The food was not of good quality at all. The quality of the kebab was very tough and chewy. The taste of the kebabs was not even comparable to the previous series we had eaten. Only the quality of the bread was not bad. We will never go back. (Part of the food has been eaten in the photo.).
