Sajj Street Eats

This is like a halal, Mediterranean version of Subway or Chipotle. They make your own \"bowl\" for you with your choice of rice or salad (and a couple of other options), your choice of meat (chicken or beef) and a bunch of toppings (falafel, tzatziki, tahini sauce, delicious grilled eggplant, etc.). The restaurant is very clean and it looks kind of up-scale for a place like this, probably due to the shopping center. I didn´t see the restrooms. I went at lunch time on a Sunday and there was no line, so I got my food really fast. Free soup also comes with the meal. I was also happy to discover that the paper liner they give you on the tray confirms that all the meat is halal, and also it´s hormone and antibiotic free. If you are gluten free, the paper tray liner also says their food is gluten free. There is indoor and outdoor seating in front of the restaurant.
