Have eaten here quite a few times. Food is always fresh and well presented, but I do have a few issues. There are no fresh chili sauce or other sauces served with the main meals, just 3 sauces in plastic bottles, one of which isn't normal chili sauce, more like a Thai cheap version, one I presume is a garlic sauce (ok), other is ketchup. I do feel decent sauce options are important for this type of cuisine (compare to Grilicious for example, where they give 3 sauces plus pickles, cucumbers and more). Service are a bit reserved, and for want of a better word, awkward. I also think the pricing is on the high side compared to similar style restaurants. Sometimes the owner is on the till as you walk in or out, never says hello or thank you. Today on leaving, I said thank you to two staff, not a single acknowledgement, just feels a bit cold if that makes sense. The food, as I say is nice enough, but the experience is a little stiff to warrant higher than a 3 star review, sorry.
