I had a very bad experience at this restaurant last week. I ordered chicken biryani and found a worm/larva inside the food. Other customers also came and said it looked like a larva. I immediately asked the staff if the manager was available. After about 10 minutes, the manager came and claimed it was “just a spice.” I asked him to show me the raw spice because I have never seen anything like that before, then he said the spice was out of stock. He removed the larva from the plate in front of me, and it was clearly coming from inside the chicken. When I requested a refund, he refused and was very rude and unprofessional. This was extremely unhygienic and disappointing. Please be careful if you plan to eat here.
