After the employee touched every tray, the key to the cash register, the register itself, and my cash, she started preparing my burger wearing the same gloves. When I politely asked if she could change her gloves, she simply replied, "We always do it this way." She showed absolutely no understanding and didn't offer to change her gloves. As a result, I decided not to eat there again and got my money back. I find it regrettable that they show no understanding, no empathy, and are unwilling to accommodate customer requests. I wonder what the health department has to say about this; all employees should generally be trained in hygiene.
First of all, the atmosphere is terrible. The lights were so bright they practically burned us out. We bought a Crazy Box, but one of the burgers was falafel. The chicken tasted awful. My chicken was tiny, and when I asked if I could exchange it, they said it was all the same meat. I know it's all chicken. I want a bigger one! Yeah, it's totally overcrowded here. The doner burger was also terrible. They should add more sauce or change the bread.
