Simply Thai Bistro is owned and management by family of Thai chefs. We are a semi-self-service with the friendly-family styles. We serve authentic Thai food "‹and make fresh every dish. The customer can taste the real fresh Thai food in every bites. We want the customer, to feel like dining at home while enjoys watching the chef preparing our signature dishes. Awesome place. Had the Penang curry. Halal signs in the store. The lady at the counter mentioned that they cater to the masjid close by.

A couple of things about this restaurant. It\'s very small (probably 5-6 tables) and has an open kitchen with a few fans. They do have some outdoor seating but unless you can get a seat by the fan it can be very uncomfortable. Not very great ambiance. The place was full so we had to wait a couple of minutes. The other thing was they cleaned the table while you sat down (something i am not a fan of). Service was good enough. As far as the food goes we ordered 4 items: chicken satay. lime-peanut chicken noodle soup, orange beef, and pad thai. This is more northern thai traditional cooking. Satay and orange beef were good. Orange beef was okay. The pad thai was horrible. It had no flavor whatsoever. I think if you are within 10 mins of frisco then this place might be worth a try but if you have a drive out a good way i don\'t think it\'s worth it. This place is definitely nowhere near Noodle Wave or Zato.
