Ordinary taste and service, but excellent cost performance for Ginza. Arrived around 8pm as some customers were checking out and stood in the entrance for about 2 minutes before the proprietor (back turned) acknowledged me. I was standing about 1meter away from him, so how could he not have known? He ignored me. Whatever. I had to say すみませんが！ He showed me to a table, then I waited about 10-12 minutes until some more observant (much more service-oriented) staff came to take my order, the set meal for ¥3,190. Once the order was placed, the food came out in good timing. Lassi Papadum with relish Green Salad Mixed grill (the tandoori chicken, tikka, and fish) was the highlight. I really enjoyed the well-marinated chicken tandoori and tikka with a condiment sauce. Then came 3 curries, fragrant saffron rice, and half a Nan. Good. The curries (keema, butter chicken, veg) were topped with strands of ginger, which I removed. Apart from the mixed grill, the food was just OK for me. They offer party plan meals which would be great for a group. The deliciousness and quality of the mixed tandoor was not enough to recover the poor attitude of the first guy (-1 star) which left a bad impression. Otherwise, I would have given this place 4 stars.
