Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status.. Only the beef sandwich uses Creekstone beef. From the management: 'All 7 of our locations are halal approved. We use Creekstone beef.' More information here: http://epicburger.com/holy-halal-we-serve-creekstone-beef. The Epic and Dijon sauces include alcohol, so please ask to exclude these sauces.

I would recommend this place. They advertise both beef and chicken as halal on their website. The turkey isn\'t. They also state to tell the person at the counter that you are ordering halal so that they can guide you away from sauces with wine and to cook the food separately. We got our food rather quickly for food that is cooked to order. I got a single beef party burger with sweet potato fries. Both were good. I was in a party of over ten people of varying ages. There were no complaints. The staff was very cordial and overall service was good.
Decent burger. Lots of options to customize it. A bit bland for my taste but they primarily cater to non Muslims.
So I went this weekend and they have a new policy. You make your order and mention it as a halal order. They will give you halal versions of the special sauces and cook the meat on a separate grill using separate cooking utensils. EAT UP AND ENJOY GUYS!
Came to this location. Employee at the counter said only the beef was halal and epic sauce had alcohol in it. Burger was good, a little over priced for size and taste, but hit the spot. Reminded me of the hero burger chain in toronto but with fewer options and less artisan touches.
I walked in to this place and noted they cook the burgers on the same pan ! However, the cook offered to clean the grill before cooking my burger. I tried their burger , it was tasteless and very bland.
Caution! Their epic sauce contains wine that has been added after the cooking process according to an email response from the company (we were inquiring about ingredients in their epic sauce) ... So sadly, you may want to be cautious about the epic sauce.
came here for dinner the other night. i really like this place more than shake shack. the portions are bigger and the taste is better. service was really good. had the epic double with fries. will definitely come back
Anyone giving less than 5 stars is seriously unnecessarily hating. This is an absolute delicious burger. For a quick halal burger you\'re not going to get better than this, however there are better or similar options in Chicago such as Coast burger or Shake Shack.
Coast Burger is WAY better...
I called Epic Burger headquarters, they confirmed only their beef sandwich is from Creekstone Farms. On Creekstone Farms website they confirm their beef is Omaha Halal certified.
Its good but too oily and not "mindful" at all.. Also a little bland for our taste. I like Coast burger better
